March 29th, 2014 Aliza’s birthday is coming up on March 27th. She always spent the Saturday of her birthday with her friends doing something fun. Last year, we held the Aliza Jean Family Cancer Foundation kickoff on her birthday weekend instead. It was such a powerful night filled with lots of love and positive energy. It truly amazes us that a year has gone by since launching the foundation. Together we have accomplished so much in a year. Aliza’s positive energy shines on through everyone who has become part of her foundation.

We will be having the 2nd Annual “CONCERT FOR ALIZA” on Saturday March 29th at 7:00 PM. Admission is by donation. It is going to be held this year at the Harmony Elementary School. There will be lots of refreshments, a door prize, as well as music by Katherine Young and String Field Theory. Join us for an uplifting night, as we celebrate Aliza and all she accomplished.

September 7th and 8th, 2013 The annual Corn ride, which raised money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Many people rode in Aliza’s memory.

September 2013 On Labor Day beautiful illuminated balloons were released by hundreds of people. each balloon represented a loved one lost. As the balloons lifted into the night, they somehow grouped together and caught the wind in unison and were seen in the night sky for nearly 15 minutes…Such a memorable night. This will be an annual event on Labor Day weekend each year.

Aliza’s Birthday is March 27th and she loves music.  To kick off the Aliza Jean Family Cancer Foundation we decided to hold a benefit concert at the Harmony Elementary School.  This was not only the kick off event for the foundation, it was also the 1st Annual Concert for Aliza.
